Over the past 20 years I have had the opportunity to cook for all different kinds of people in all different kinds of places which has been such a rewarding and educational experience. 

Over my 25 year career I have developed a wide range of skills and experience which I love sharing with others. 

I can offer one-to-one classes or group sessions. I offer sushi, pasta and patisserie classes and cater for one-to-one classes of group sessions.
